Looks at the successful practices of 14 principals in very low-income communities in New York City.

Getting off the List:
School Improvement in NYC
This is a study of 10 public schools that were placed on the State Education Department’s list of low-performing public schools that improved sufficiently to be removed.

Each report costs $15, which includes Priority Mail postage; for orders of 4 to 9 reports, $10 per report; and for orders of 10 or more reports, $7 per report.
