NYS Assembly and NYS Senate Budget Resolutions Side By Side

Both the New York State Assembly and the New York State Senate have released budget resolutions for Fiscal Year 2006.

ASSEMBLY SENATE
Proposes creation of Foundation Operating Aid Formula, and additional operating funds of $490 million, for a total year to year increase of approximately $697 million Proposes increasing the Governor's Flex Aid plan by $259 million for a total year to year increase of approximately $466 million

Rejects the Governor's cut to Public Excess Cost Aid, and funds it at $2,360,000,000
